2 years over-the-road verifiable experience
25 years or older (due to insurance requirements)
CDL with class a endorsement
Clean MVR with no DWI/DUI and no more than 3 moving violations in last 7 years and no more than 1 in last 12 month period
No more than 1 accident in last 3 years
No conviction of any felony or any crime associated with theft
Must have good character, clean appearance, and good attitude

Percentage based pay
Rates increase pay increases
Drivers will be paid bi-weekly or weekly with the first paycheck being held two weeks. Each pay week will be from Sunday morning to Saturday night. Pay will be based on percentage, see table below for pay scale. A 1% bonus will be given each week if all paperwork is turned in by the following Wednesday for the prior week’s work.

After your first twelve (12) months of employment drivers will receive one week paid vacation, three years - two weeks paid, six years - three weeks paid and ten years - four weeks paid. Vacation pay is based on your average gross pay from the previous year so as an example if you make $52,000.00 a year, your vacation compensation will be $1000.00 for each eligible week.
Holidays are paid at $100 per day after one year of service.
